We only serve fish if we can get it fresh.

The fish used in our menu changes depending on what is available straight from the ocean. Hence why our menu only refers to "Best Catch of the Day". We ensure our fish is the freshest you can get. The fish is specially selected from a handful of fish mongers who have proven to only provide the freshest and most flavoursome seafood.

Blue Eye Trevella At the moment we have been lucky to be getting a good supply of Blue Eye Trevella which is a cold water deep sea fish. The meat is the best we've used. Some of the other fish occasionally on the menu are King Snapper, Red Emperor, Salmon and Barramundi. Check with our wait staff on the daily availability.
