Our Signature dish - Vitello Scallopine
Our signature dish, veal scallopine, is served with a selection of seasonal vegetables or Grappino's pasta. Grappino is one of the very few restaurants in Brisbane that serve it and serve it like we do. The veal is sourced from a specialist butchery in Melbourne.
